These services include due diligence into the land, land appraisal, no-obligation land assessments, full detailed planning applications with all relevant documentation and drawings, and all associated costs are covered by Springfield Land or an SPV under the control of Springfield Land. We also cover all legal costs up to £2500 + VAT.
